Exchange & Refund Policy

We at K&M value our customers and allow them to exchange or return a product under specific conditions. You may apply for an Exchange or Return within 7 days after receiving your product.

Conditions for Exchange/Return and Refund:

● The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws.
● Products can be tried on to check fitting, which will still be considered unworn.
● The product must have its original tags intact.
● An exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of purchase/receipt of the product.
● All items must be returned in original condition (including invoices/receipts, packaging, and barcode tags).
● Each product is eligible for a single exchange only.
● Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method used.
● Exchanges or refunds are not applicable on items offered at 50% discount or higher, or Flash Sale products.
● To report a damaged or missing product, an unboxing video must be provided for verification.  

What if I lose the receipt/tags/barcode?

● If you lose the money receipt/invoice, you may provide the purchase contact number so that we can verify your purchase history.
● The exchange offer will not be valid if the tags or barcode are irreparably damaged

From where can I exchange the product?

For Online Purchase
● You can exchange the product at our K&M Store within 7 days of receiving it.
● Alternatively, you can send it via a courier service after consulting with our Service Center. Once received, we will contact you and arrange the exchange shipment.
● If the error is from our side, we will offer free return, exchange, or refund. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

For In-Store Purchase
● Currently, we have one K&M store in Bangladesh. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product within 7 days along with all required documents.

Receiving Incorrect Quantity or Product Mismatch
● If you receive a wrong product or incorrect quantity, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.
● After verification, K&M will arrange a replacement or order adjustment

How to Return Products for Exchange or Refund?

1. Return to the Store
● Bring the product(s) to our K&M Store. Exchange/refund will be arranged upon fulfillment of our Exchange and Refund conditions.

3. Via Sundarban Courier

Refund Policy

● If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

For Online Purchases
● After consulting with our Service Center, return the product. Refund will be processed within 10 working days upon receiving the returned product, provided all conditions are met.
● If the error is from K&M’s side, returns/exchanges/refunds are free. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost.
● Keep your proof of postage and reference number, as K&M is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

For In-Store Purchases
● Refunds will be processed at the same K&M store where you purchased the product, subject to conditions being met.
